In this guide, we'll tell you where to find every Breathedge 2 Snowman Part so you can build the Snowman and get the "Now That's a Snowman!" achievement — along with a permanent +5 Cold Protection buff.

Where to Find Every Breathedge 2 Snowman Part

You can find every Breathedge 2 snowman part toward the end of the right-hand yellow train tunnel in the area around the snowman. Your ultimate goal is grid square BB 30 on the map, but you'll need to do some preparation first.

It will take you a few minutes to build the snowman. There are no oxygen sources nearby that are accessible right away until you repair the heating system, either.

The Leader's Statue side quest is right next to it, so it's a good opportunity to complete both side quests at the same time, but there's one small hitch — the Leader's Statue is in a much colder area of space, so you'll either need a lot more than 100 Cold protection, or you'll have to have repaired the nearby space heaters.

That means your best bet is to gather some crafting materials. Get some metal, ice, and Oxyworms; Oxyworms can be found floating directly above the train platform, and ice and metal can be found pretty much everywhere.

You can use these items to craft Purified Oxygen, a consumable that restores 120 Oxygen. I recommend making at least 10 Purified Oxygen. You should also bring at least 2–3 Nutrient Packs and 2–3 Bottles of Water with you, too.

Finally, you should ensure that you have at least 100 Cold Protection. You can achieve this by equipping 3 pieces of Foam and 2 pieces of Cardboard on your body at the wardrobe in the train car.

When you're ready, stand on the train platform and face away from the train car. Look down, and you'll see two yellow tunnels going straight down. Take the tunnel on the right and follow it, and you'll eventually encounter the snowman. You must now find five distinct parts for it.

Where to Find the Snowman's Cigarette and Carrot

Stand next to the snowman and face west; you can see your orientation by looking at which way your arrow is pointed on the map. In the distance, you'll see a platform with ice on it.

Head toward this platform, and you'll see a carrot and a cigarette floating in front of a sign. You need to grab these one at a time and bring them back to the snowman, so take care of these two items first. You may need to put items on in a specific order, but you can easily remove them if needed.

Where to Find the Snowman's Beard and Hat

The next two parts are the beard and hat. Head west toward where you found the cigarette and carrot, then turn to face the snowman. Both the beard and the hat can be seen to your right (that is, to your left if you moved down the tunnel away from the snowman).

These two items are freely floating in space and very easy to miss if you don't know where to look. Use the above image as a reference to find them. Grab the beard and the hat one at a time and tow them back to the snowman.

When you go to grab the hat, look to your left, and you'll see the leader's statue. You should head to this after completing the snowman to complete another side quest if you have enough Cold Protection and/or if you've repaired the space heaters. If you get a warning about cold temperatures, you should turn around so you don't freeze up.

Where to Find the Snowman's Arm

The final snowman part is the arm. You must once again head out of the tunnel to the west; you'll find it to your right just outside of the tunnel.

Grab the snowman's arm, tow it back to the snowman, and attach the final piece. Completing the snowman will give you the "Now That's a Snowman!" achievement, which grants you a permanent +5 Cold Protection.
