Conscience Studio has announced the launch of the beloved farm-life sim RPG, My Time at Sandrock, now available on Android in China. The official mobile port brings over the PC version’s content from the award-winning indie hit that originally launched on PC in 2023. There is currently no word on a global release.
Build your workshop and help Sandrock thrive
Set as a sequel to My Time at Portia, My Time at Sandrock takes the same mix of workshop management, exploration, RPG elements, and everyday life simulation into a completely different setting. This time, you will find yourself in the desert town of Sandrock, where the community desperately needs a new Builder to help bring the struggling town back to life.
The game is set 330 years after the Day of Calamity wiped out much of the world’s advanced technology. As the new Builder, you’ll collect resources, craft machines, expand your workshop, complete commissions, and gradually turn a rundown workspace into a productive facility. Besides the workshop, you can also farm, cook, fish, explore ruins, search for Old War relics, and more.
Explore, fight, farm, and make connections
You’ll enjoy the lengthy main story alongside hundreds of sidequests and more than 30 characters to meet, including memorable faces such as Logan and Doctor Fang. Getting to know the residents, discovering their personal stories, attending festivals, and building relationships are all part of the experience, with romance also playing a role in your life in Sandrock.
Combat also adds some variety to the usual life sim formula, letting you switch between melee attacks and third-person shooting during battles. You can use different weapons and the Defense Break system to deal with tougher enemies. Overall, the game is super fun thanks to various mini-games, leisurely activities, and especially multiplayer that lets up to four players explore, build, battle, farm, and experience everything together.
